In this role, you’ll work closely with our university partners to guide them through the onboarding process—making sure their programs, scholarships, and requirements are clearly represented and fully functional within our system. You’ll answer questions, offer training where needed, and ensure each institution feels supported and confident in using our tools.

Because we work with partners across different regions, fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for this position. You’ll be communicating directly with university representatives, so strong language skills and the ability to explain things clearly and professionally are a must.

If you’ve worked with universities before—or in edtech, student services, or international admissions—that’s a big plus.
